Anderson Computers Agrees to Letter of Intent to Provide Internet Services
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 1999--Anderson Computers/Tidalwave Corp. (OTC BB:ACPT) announced today that the company has agreed to a letter of intent to offer numerous Internet services. A final agreement is expected shortly.

At the prevent, Anderson Computers interest is to start out by offering the following internet services:

-- Web Hosting
-- Web Design
-- Web Promotion
-- Web Evaluation
Recently, Anderson has completed a joint venture agreement that will make the company website tidalwavepc.com, a fully interactive e-commerce site similar to Dell Computers (NASDAQ:DELL - news), Micron Technology (NYSE:MU - news) and Gateway Computers (NYSE:GTW - news).

''As Internet usage continues its explosive expansion, we are positioning Anderson to continually take advantage of the growth and popularity of e-commerce,'' stated Leon Kline.
