Ross retired around 1988. I can't recall where to though. He was into oil painting more than geology near the end (after getting turfed off of Golden Giant by the Thunder Bay office boys). His kids are still in the area I believe.

I'm close to finishing my DD. Still trying to gather some costs from the area. Can't get a grip on Eskay Creek's cost structure since that could be a close analogy. Ole' Gil Leathley is too coy to give that away in any disclosures. Scaling up Seabee's cost structure generally confirms MRDI's estimate of around $C87/tonne.

It would be nice if WSP farmed off 40% or so to a partner who then looked after all capital and financing. Otherwise, they'll keep diluting the shareholders. I see they issue lots of options etc. Also, I hope they are starting to collect some baseline EIS data before they disturb the area too much.

There is something mineable for sure. I've mined this type of geometry a few times for ore worth a lot less and seen others do it also. Simple access via decline. They need to infill on 75m centres though.
