I have the book in my hands and have finished most of it. The book covers main strategies like expansion breakouts, 1234, stepping in front of size, expansion pivots and 180's. These are short term trading techniques and require tradestation and a real time feed.

Additional stratedies are outlined. Jeff Cooper likes cash.

The thing to note here is that many strategies (not sure if his) are available in tradestation, or are available for download. Or, make them up yourself in easy language. (its kinda easy, but not that easy) Or buy them from him at $175

Tradestation is about $2000. Signal is about $160 month. Sign up with the broker I use and it's paid for (free) by thebroker. Email me for a contact #. (click my name) I'll get a free trade if you sign up.

I came here looking for some info, like Coopers formula's are available over here somewhere...looks like i'll buy it and check it out. I don't want to program the language, and he's including a manual with it.

While some of the 15 of so trading strategies are wacky, like stepping in front of size, there are several I like. I've read other books that tackle day trading, they do options and futures, and touch on equities. Cooper is 100% equities, no options/futures. No hype either.
