Don't misunderstand this - iTurf is buying newly issued shares of DLIA, not DLIA stock in the open market. This dilutes DLIA and gives the parent more money - as they're going broke fast, it does not push up the stock of DLIA from buying.

Agree with Raj - its easier for DLIA to raise money through sort of "tricking" ITurf investors (by using ITurf proceeds to fund flailng DLIA), than go tot the market themselves to raise money.
