Dear HML04,
The only thing that irritates me more than persons that spread rumors or outright lies concerning a corporation or product, on the long side, ARE POSTS LIKE YOURS! I went back and reread your posts (quotes below), including the narrative of the friend that lost everything betting on IOMG. You claim that there are prof. hypesters on this thread (which may or may not be true) which you warn about. In one post you state, "I am a consultant and I know how to deal with clients. If they make such a statement about their client, that means MD's so-called silver bullet probably doesn't work at all and Nevada is terminating their relationship with MD. The hypesters know that so they now create new hpye: mobile factory. I have been in the consulting industry for many years and I have never heard of anything such ridiculous. I can talk about consulting industry if you hypesters want to. But I am sure you folks will just stay muted since you know you don't have any facts or knowledge but only pure hype to suck small investors' money." You also claim, " I hold an MBA and am currently working as a management consultant. I work with senior management all the time (CEO, COO, VP) and I know exactly how they think. They will not retain someone who has no revenue, no track record and unknown to them to do a strategic engagement (it is strategic because it contains confidential info). In consulting industry most businesses are from old customers."
You make similiar statements and claims in other posts which I won't bother to repeat. The bottom line is that the main thrust and weight of your argument/line of reasoning lies in YOUR PERSONAL PROOF of who you are and your experiences/background. But there is one problem with that. When I go to your bio page I do not find 1. a name (I assume HML04 is not your birthname, merely a nickname) 2. e-mail address 3. name of company you work for 4. where you are located etc... In other words, you list no information or evidence to back up what you purport to be. In addition to that you are arrogant and obnoxious in your posts. So follow me. You warn of others not being genuine in their posts but you yourself provide no evidence concerning your personal proof/credibility. Are persons supposed to believe what you say simply because you say it? Well, who are you? Continue to follow me HML04, a person can claim to be anything, either Superman, a fur trapper, a rocket scientist or even the man on the moon but it doesn't count for squat unless you prove it. If you feel Zitel/MatriDigm really is a scam, that small investors are being manipulated by liars on this thread, well then put up or shut up. Tell us your name, employer, etc... Don't hide behind an alias and cowardly lob bombs. Contact the SEC if you really feel it is warranted, walk the walk since you can talk the talk. Opinion is one thing, everyone has them (some are bigger than others) but when you start making accusations you better back it up. Because if you are right about your claims you do a diservice to those you are out to "save" by not providing your personal proof.
You see, the way I see it, if you are wrong then you are as big a liar/manipulator as those you claim to be such (some examples of your statements follow), "You guys are real greedy and you want to suck the last drop of blood from poor investors. " "I am frustrated by hypesters here trying to suck the hard-earn money from small investors." "Unlike some hypesters employed by their firm to post garbage here full time, I am a full time management consultant working more than 60 hours a week so I can't post here all the time."
If you are right than you are gutless for not providing the proof to back up your assertions.
Oh I'm sorry, I guess I should believe what you say because you said it, whoever you are.
