I'am not a stock technician, but I held a ruler up on a 12 month chart of MRKR, starting at the September high. We broke a downtrend line last week at $5.

I was checking resorts in Switzerland. They have some 7,000'+ verticles there ! The WSJ says today the Swiss economy is punk. My MRKR keeps movin like today , I be lookin fer sum travel package bargain where I can yodel and ride ! Murren 7,163 VL 9,652' peak !!!

Snow in the west better, Snow in the East worse this year. Europe ?

The $10m is what each side is askin, I heard. ... Not from the company. I can't see where Sims could ask for much. It seems like Santa Cruz had a lot of imput to the Snowboard technology.
The rapp I heard was several hundred boards didn't meet Sims' specifications or they were defective. The way boards were in demand last year, maybe DNR put on a second shift that made some bad boards. How that would translate into big money I don't know. I think Sims didn't like the idea of maybe playing second fiddle to Santa Cruz. They saw Ride and Morrow doing well as public companies and decided they could do better on their own. The Sims people were trashing Marker last fall and could be seen as liable and an attempt to weasil out of their marketing agreement with DNR. I don't know what the facts are. Most everybody I have communicated with, have a high opinion of Marker as a company. I only know of Sims by their web page. I know Tom Sims is from New Jersey. Whether that makes him inherently unethical I don't Know. It could be he boarded to much with out a helmet and took some bad advise. The only online slammer, of Marker's ethics,I have been told, was involve with the finacial restuctering of Sims. The arbitrator will sort the whole matter out. I think Sims will pay a few million and they'll kiss and make up !!

I have a 1,000' vl with 6 min high speed detachable quad 1:10 away with snowmaking. :-) Marker makes 10, I'am off to my own private Idaho, wit my new SC stepins & board.

Anyone for an Igughi 55, superfly core, size 9 boots and premo strap bindings, all Burton ! Not yet ;-0 Buckin for a coupon from B.S. fer all the touting I do here.
