biz.yahoo.com PROVO, Utah, April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Larson-Davis Incorporated (Nasdaq: LDII - news) announced today that it has completed the redemption of its 1998 Series A Preferred Stock. This redemption was permitted by the closing of the sale of the Company's acoustics division to PCB Group, Inc., that was announced April 1, 1999. The redemption of preferred stock eliminates the conversion feature of this security that was highly dilutive to the holders of common stock of the Company.
