The orders include the latest system upgrades to the Periphonics VPS/is Platform. The IRS uses the Periphonics VPS/is platform to support its TeleFile Project, which is expected to help process more than six million paperless tax returns this filing season. Periphonics expects to ship the order and recognize the majority of the revenue during its current fiscal fourth quarter.
