Fraser's mailing, which I received on two separate occasions, includes the following disclaimer (in relevant part):

"This reprint and mailing of a Special Situations Alert previously sent to Mr. Fraser's subscribers was sponsored by shareholders of the mentioned company that reviewed a copy of the subscriber alert. This mailing was suggested as a way to expand subscribership in this letter. The shareholders saw this as a way to develop an audience for the stock. Mr. Fraser was not paid for his positive comments, his editorial opinions are his own, and were expressed prior to the agreement to market the letter in this manner."

Yeah, OK, whatever works for you <gg>. But I don't believe this language meets SEC disclosure requirements.
