Alan, I think we're all older, perhaps wiser, but definitely more cautious.

I call Ewert directly when I have questions that he can answer. I use Ewert's feedback to verify CNHH announcements and vice versa.

I have a number of concerns to will need to be addressed, probably time to get them out in the open:
1. How will the octane division and the new plants be funded?
2. Who will manage the octane additive division? Do they know this business?
3. Are the plants OSHA compliant (this was brought up with Midland). If not, who will re-design the plants? How long will this take?
4. How will CNHH get the attention of major oil companies to test the octane additive?
5. How will CNHH market the octane additive?

I'm not sure anyone knows the answers to these questions yet. I presume that they're part of the DD process. FWIW.
