Hi guys, anyone have any idea when the spinoff will actually occur? And will it be delayed by any of these lawsuits/investigations? I realize that no-one knows: that's why the price is still down, but what are people's best guesses? Are we looking at may or is it sometime in June or July? I know these things always take longer than everyone expects as the paperwork goes back and forth. Incidentally I did play the zd spinoff and I totally agree that bks will not fly like a nasdaq stock. 40 is reasonable but 60 is a pipedream probably. I'd be thrilled with 40 anyway.
