James, I did ask him that. Ewert will not negotiate to Midland because of it's past history. Remember, from Ewert's point of view, he's been burned 4 times in a row by unscrupulous people. Deal after deal proposed, promised, but never delivered on. Worse, people trying to take the patents away from him, steal his plants, etc. Ewert has never been offered any equity in any the deals offered to him so far, until now. He has not dealt with CNH in the past. But so far, he likes what he sees.
