I personally would vote my shares to place Marty Frankel on the Board of Directors. The problem, however, goes a little deeper. Many, many months ago, a basher came to the thread with a long list of items that were going to be the end of the world for TSIG. On that list was the fact that TSIG does not have a conventional Board of Directors. That is, the board is lacking outsiders who would be able to balance out the influence of the insiders. TSIG's board is all insiders. RG, being the biggest insider, basically runs the company as a dictator. Dictator pay is pretty good right now. <<BENEFICIAL OWNER OF 41 MILLION SHARES!!!>> This is outrageous! Someone has suggested RG knows what is coming and the news will drive up the stock price. Maybe so. But Mr. Gordon, who has accomplished many things for this company, has been a very poor predicter of the stock price historically. Regards, Suzanne
