There is one path that may tell us about the possibilities. Please tell me if this is possible.
We find all the countries that DGIV has a relationship in. In that country, we find out how many minutes of long distance phone calls were made. There was a web site somewhere last year that told us this information. Does anybody know it?
If it is possible, then we can figure how many competing companies are there and divide the minutes for each company, being conservative. We can give an allotment of minutes to DGIV, their hardware company, and the government in the country we are doing the calculations. At this point , a number must be reached as to what a minute is worth. Multiply this figure by the number of minutes and we have the amount of income from that country.
Repeat this process for each country we know that has been contacted and a relationship built. This will add up to an income stream, hence a value for DGIV.
I realize we will be attacked on some assumptions, but overall this could be a valuable study in what the potential actually is and where it could be going.
