I think it'll take some time for the new CEO to settle in to his position and start showing the results of his work -- i.e. the fact that the news came out two weeks ago doesn't really mean much.

Best thing to do at this point is sit back and observe. (Personally, I think that anyone who is courageous enough to buy the stock at its current price will see an admirable return on his/her investment by year end.)
