Scrapps, you are right. I got right through to a "Kitty", who answered Kathleen A. Behof's phone #. Get this: The software down-load to upgrade Winmodems and Couriers is NOT available yet. I pressed for an availability date, and she said she "does not have that info available". All she could offer was to "Check back on our web-site every day, because it WILL be posted there as soon as it is available". Why am I not surprised? Oh well, what the hey, I guess they never promised the Upgrade to be available at the same time as the native modems.
My guess is that it's the HTML guys and the secure web transaction guys that are holding this part up. They've got to have the credit-card ability in place in order to do it. This part is disappointing, but what they hey.
Paul: I didn't see your request in time to ask about the chip upgrades for Sportsters, but I presume that will come at the same time as the software upgrades.
x2 is rolling anyway, even though I personally have not had one-on-one sighting.
