INPR is not a scam. They have killer dev tools, and a large installed base of developers. A real company with real products and real revenues that have not been over hyped.

Was INPR mismanaged? Absotively!! Are they in trouble? Probably so. But a scam? Sorry!! There is no evidence that Del and crew were engaged in intentional deception and swindling. Scam implies a criminal intent to deceive investors. Del has proven to be grossly incompetent. However, if being stupid was against the law, most of us would be in prison.
