Law, thanks for the advice. However, this point has been previously discussed. I think many will wait for *some* kind of confirmation from anyone, just like we had from Price last week. Specifically, Im sure Rsys will announce the result of the lawsuit. I guarantee Rsys mgt. wants to get the lawsuit behind them and will gladly announce when and if it is resolved. With the risk involved, after witnessing CTN and others, you're right, many will wait a long time for some kind of "statement" clearing Rsys from any wrongdoing and they might never come back to this stock. Some would argue that you would have better odds in Vegas. Why not bet the whole farm on the Texas Rangers winning the pennant this year. Risk=Return. Many have lost their stomach for this stock and cant take the risk. As Stan mentioned a couple of days ago, even the recent Price announcement is interesting, CFO Brian Turner worked there over 10 years prior to coming to Rsys. Good Luck to All!!! Jeff
