Haven't looked in a bit. Got involved and feel that it is almost a can't lose at this price. Tremendous need for its product over the next 10 years. Problem apparently has been slowness of government as we all know. But this leads to efficiency and eventually everyone will be reading meters this way. Lot of synergistic opportunity.
