To all. Regarding RG having a majority ownership of TSIG, I do not have any problems with this. Many founders of companies retain a majority share.
I'm not so sure that I can agree. When did Mr. Gordon last have 40% beneficial ownership? That information and the use of certain holdings last year to collateralize a loan which he then made to the company needs to be clearly outlined for all to see and understand. It's truly clouded in very complex wording and timing of events that are anything but precise.
The larger issue however is the measure of a man by nature of his self-serving decisions. I also interpret your above statement to mean that you sanction his compensation awarded by himself and to himself as... OK.

Please take a look at the current and past success of TSIG. Since when does a public corporation reward for promises based upon past and continued failures? I have no problem with a reward after at least some success is achieved, but how can you say what you did knowing the dismal history of TSIG. I'm incredulous at the naivete displayed by adult people that have invested money in a public company.

Still at .30 a share I know I'm not buying MSFT but the least I expect from leadership is an honest count.
In 1998, after total revenues of barely $1,000,0000 for all of last year, and a loss of more than $11,000,000, on top of previous year after year losses, why would anyone in their right mind even think of rewarding a company CEO with $1,878,000, almost twice the gross annual revenues, in compensation? And that's based upon .34 per share, and doesn't even count other perks.
