Just spoke with Glen Indra, the President, and he reiterated $475,000 in the bank and the rest of the money spoken for. It's the lawyers and the subscription agreement paperwork in transit that is slowing things up. He sounds as frustrated as everyone else. He's hoping all the paper will be in this week but the way it's been going it's anyone's guess.
