Core direct mkting profit growth of 25%
Potential winner in commercialization of Internet - move to on-line, broad line retailer
M&A moves and Web site launch in mid-97 make it attractive
Looking for .89 in 97 1.10 in 98 - looking to revise up.
Trading at discount to historical pe (not a substantive argument)
blah blah blah
IMO the street is worried they will do something dumb w/ their cash.
