Are you guys going to hold until acquisition is completed? I will at least wait until LU announce its earning on 04/22, 12 more trading sessions. I am concerned about LU's 2.6B outstanding common shares, debt, and its EPS growth. I will be a lot more comfortable and confident if LU received few upgrades from the ANALysts. Current it rated at 2.0/5.0, while CSCO is rated at 1.5/5.0. Both LU and CSCO have 33 analysts covering them.
