IRTG - just talked with thinkbid and with IRT industries... Thinkbid - he said they are just waiting for the DD to be done on IRT he said he didn't know why they were taking so long - didn't sound to happy about it. Aslong as nothing "comes out of the closet" everything will be fine - if not then the deal will be off" is what he said. IRT - talked with guy at the comp (forgot his name Wrobel was on the phone) and he said to expect a NR "any day" and he mentioned thathe thought thinkbid was satisfied with the finacials etc. and that as soon as the audit is done a NR will happen outlining the closing date etc. I metioned that we were all gettin restless about the length of time for the NR - his response was to hold tight and not to worry. I guess will find out what he means by that. ciV
