Summary of Ron Spire's outlook

Ron feels that the Norton deal is a watershed event.

Norton held a dinner for which they invited all of their
customers specifically to push the SLS ballasts for
energy savings. Norton supplies the planning, fixtures
and installation, and SLS supplies the ballasts.

The City of Los Angeles is a big Norton customer.
The Energy Czar for LA had a private demo and was impressed.
He's thinking about using them in the LA schools.

The Norton deal is not something that is going to earn SLS a million
sales overnight, but Ron feels that it has validated their
concept, and is the start of the next phase of the company.

IMO, if all this pans out, SLS should be doing really well by the
end of the year.
