OK Mr. Robert Barry. Please enumerate for us just exactly what rights they DO have. And do we have those same limitations on OUR rights as US citizens. My point is, and continues to be, I don't want any limits on my nations rights which are imposed from OUTSIDE. Therefore I cannot impose them on other nations.
