Wordcraft Announces Completion of Its Website For SWIM/TRIM Software

(OTC Bulletin Board: WORC) today announced that it has completed its Internet Website (nextcenturysys.com), designed to market its unique, and proprietary Work Order Management and Inventory Control software products SWIM/TRIM. The present market size in North America consists of approximately 50,000 Water, WasteWater, and Public Utilities. The website is hyperlinked to other sites including one of the company's business partners, Environmental Systems Research, Inc. (ESRI), developer of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and the American Water Works Association.
Over the past year, eCommerce has surged in importance as evidenced by the many companies that have entered this market, such as eBay, AmazonCom, Etrade, and iMall.
In addition to Work Order and Facility Management, the (ESRI) based SWIM software provides management with the ability to facilitate data automation, edit, model, and capture data from the field. SWIM is a Microsoft Windows-based client/server application using Oracle, PowerBuilder, and Visual Basic, and operating on pen- based, Geographic Positioning System (GPS) equipped portable computers. The company has recently received another inquiry from a major U.S. city regarding the implementation of SWIM software in over 150 service and maintenance vehicles.
Separately, Wordcraft has completed its audit for the year ended February 28, 1998 and the audit for fiscal 1999 is currently in progress. The company expects to be in full compliance with regulatory reporting requirements in the second quarter of its fiscal year.
