Did Aber's lawyer, Mr. Shapray, omit by oversight, the fact that the offer Winspear made for Aber's interest in Snap Lake was solicited by Aber? I wouldn't be surprised if Aber wanted two offers so they couldn't be held acountable(is there buy sell clause in the JV agreement?) for throwing a f*#K into Winspear, when they accepted an offer from a third party....I wonder if this was part of Aber's exploration spin off and Diavik financing strategy....why not take advantage of Winspear if you can get away with it eh?
