IMHO, ZD is pulling ZDZ down. Considering ZD has announced flat earnings for 99, I look for ZD to continue its downward trend. Say to a price where it was before it announced the ZDNet IPO. (below $15/shr). As long as people use formulas to determine the value of the other, ie, ZD to valuate ZDZ or vise versa, ZDZ will never deliver the valuation we see in other internet stocks like CNET, etc. The sooner folks cut the string between ZD and ZDZ the better.
