TransTechnology sold Federal to Mace obtaining stock years ago Though owning enough shares of Mace to be an "insider" it is nice to see that TT did not have any "timing" advantage in selling its long held Mace investment . TT is a long standing "operating" company and not a investor . It makes sense for TT to put the money to work in its business . TT's sale probably confused a lot of short sellers . Jim K.
