The Disney deal just could be a possibility given SW's current market cap. Also, strange that the terms of the studio sale wasn't disclosed. Maybe this is why there wasn't any move on the stock price despite what should be considered very positive news. Anyway, will keep an eye on the activity in SW. Compared with other educational software cos. this one has very interesting products. Stock price really not reflecting the potential.
