Your welcome Millionairess. First, will you marry me? Second, what I was thinking was that as part of the IPO details, the fact that the company was debt-free would be clearly listed. I definitely felt like the IPO announcement would be made before the earnings if indeed earnings are 3 weeks away. Again, that was my take on it. Good luck.
