A PO dilutes existing shares, but with the result that the offering company gets a lot of cash out of it. You'll have a slightly smaller share of a much richer company. If you trust MSPG to do intelligent things with their money (thus turning $1 into $1.10, or $100m into $110m) as I do, a PO is a good thing. It gives the company more room to maneuver.
