How is this detrimental to EDIG? Intel simply wants profits from both ends of the voice computing spectrum. They will own part of a software company that makes speech recognition possible on PC's, and they will hopefully own or be part of those devices that can download onto the PC voice data that is recognized by the software. That is where EDIG enters the picture unless I am missing something.
