forget a lawsuit - lawsuits will only make the parasitic lawyers rich this company needs to be sold to some outfit that has a vision for its products and a management team intent on bringing that vision to fruition unlike the ineptitude on display for several yrs now btw - what value added are we getting for the $ martinez' son is earning ? what has he brought to the company ??? never did like the idea of him hiring on his kid fire the whole lot of them and put us on tha auction block - that's my vote the next opportunity i get
