Let's just hope that the selling price is fair. It would be kind of embarrassing to sell NCES for less than $10 when it came public at $9 17 months ago, especially when the company has grown substantially since then.

It's just a waiting game.

If Novacare holds over 60% of the shares can we assume that the shares that are actually trading and are held by both institutions and private investors (shareholders other than Novacare). It would seem that this could limit the amount of shares actively traded unless the price reaches a point Novacare thinks is a great price. This could be a double edged sword.

Just wondering what you think Todd?
