This dude is out for good, apparently... Charles Keating Jr. pleads guilty to fraud...Keating will be sentenced to time served in federal prison, will not be fined and will not have to pay any restitution. Federal charges against his son, Charles Keating III, were dropped. biz.yahoo.com
