Hi Fred By the word cutters in my last post to you this term means the machinery use to slice the material (boules) into chips) Neil made reference to this in his post #73. The next step in the process is to polish and test to ensure the quality is of high standard. I hope this helps you in understading my reply to you. Neil wrote an excellent overview of the company.
