SHAL = a CMGI model; they own 30-35% of SLNN which now trades at $22 after it debuted as an IPO today. SHAL is trading at just $7.50 or so. SHAL already owns a piece of one other Public Company SHAL has 6 more IPO's this year and 2 more soon SHAL was over $10 BEFORE SLNN went public I hope people try to understand what an arbitrage play this is!
