Well, one certainly can't accuse this thread of pump & dump..... The February news release from Quijano, which actually was the December 29th letter to the Boyz stated that the court date was fixed and that we were 14th on the docket. If they were not going to be heard until end of April or during the time that Les and Ian were there, they may have been there to be deposed, meet with Russians, sign paperwork or any other "productive" meetings....The delay of the results are a little disheartening, my guess and strictly my opinion is that they are being cordial to the majors and letting them "review" the stuff so that a offer can be made. With the continuance of drilling thru nine holes it seems as though those are at the request of a "major", or to show the players what is what. My guess is by next week if a deal is not on the table then there won't be one..just my opinion folks. Besides if a deal was on the table it would be reflected in the share price...I also believe that it is in the best interest (short squeeze or not) that shareholders of this company had better get a cert. Remember I dealt with these guys at the AGM over proxies, and they are very very very shrewd. If an announcement is made such as a spinoff of some shell game, or a dividend is declared, those shares at a brokerage house will be the last to receive it. Trust me, I know how these guys are folks...... Get your cert. This puppy isn't going anywhere fast. :-)
