Not listed here is La Costa or Aviara - both recommended - but I think you have to stay at the hotels. If you're a member elsewhere they may have reciprocation rights - you could ask, it would be worth it. Don't even try Torrey Pines - getting a tee off time is near impossible.

I believe the Carlsbad airport Chris mentions is also known as Palomar.
