The company hasn't the "right" to buy anything from the shareholders unless they (the shareholders) wish to sell to the company.......In a discussion which I had with someone close to the core, the company had had discussions to perhaps take it private, that's the extent of my info.Wether they will or will not? Who knows? For me to comment would be pure conjecture so I'd prefer to remain neutral..
How do I define "fair market value"? The same way any shareholder of a company would.. Based on sales, earnings vs debt, distribution and market share and position of strength or weakness in the industry. I haven't a clue what "they" say the worth of this company is. I can only guess that "they" figured it's worth something or they wouldn't have bailed it out in the first place... Other then that I don't have too much more to add at this time.. So.....I'm sure Marker, the binding co., will be around for some time to come , and will be profitable in the not too distant future..

Until then good luck.
