number of authorized shares has to be increased before they could split and once the new shares are
authorized, Kim Edwards and the Board can announce a split whenever (and if ever) it is warranted.

I have tried to stay away from this issue, since such things are usually meaningless, but it is tough to lay off this comment. Still, I'll see if the bulls can deal with this one fairly. This is a great example of how something that originally gets construed as bearish (incorrectly, IMO) inevitably gets spun as bullish.
