PRODUCT #1: "Direct Connect": this is a proprietary software product (with no competitors) that businesses can buy for a mere $500 that adds the power of personal service to their website. This software allows a user to click on 3 buttons on a business website, which allow users to STAY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET and that website, while communicating personally with that business's representatives (yes, talking a real human AND staying connected):
A user can:
1) dial them up on the phone without logging off the Internet or that website,
2) leave them a voice mail message without logging off the Internet,
3) send them an email
WHY IS THIS A BIG DEAL? .....convenience...you and your phone rep are both viewing the same material on the net.
PICTURE THIS... You are doing on-line banking and discover a big error. Now aren't you going to want to pull up the data that proves the error and without logging off the internet with your ONE PHONE LINE, be able to click on a button and actually talk to a bank representative and straigten this out? With "Direct Connect" you can both view your data live, while talking on the phone.

I really like this technology which allows you to use an ordinary cell phone or regular phone like a yellow pages. While on the freeway, you dial a local number, and go through a phone cue of RESTAURANTS-ITALIAN-TOP RATED and have a fax sent to your hotel room of today's menu's from 3-4 of these restaurants with driving instructions.
This technology will act much like some of the current MOVIE PHONE sites but contain LOCAL INFORMATION and allow you to have info faxed as well for free.

Direct Connect is first. It is completely through beta and ready to market.
1) Huge Internet Supershow in L.A. in less than 2 weeks. They have pressed over 30,000 CD's that they will be giving away that demo this technology.
2) They will be mailing many thousands of Direct Connect CD's to small businesses that currently have websites. This product will give them a competitive edge and personal touch.
