Susan please accept my apologetic sympathies never would have posted that thing (wont repeat it) on here FONELY IDA known it would cause you a bad flashback. It'd be like someone saying they bought xZapx which was my Waterloo while plenty folks rode it and made a buck. Goes to show, same stock different days, give different results. With IN-- I rode that NicelyNicely three times, in the harmony of its universe for some reason. It's all if you feel you're in tune with that certain stock's pattern, right? I sure got lucky with it before, bought in today at 4+ as I do believe it's gonna Go For It again.
It might Bite Me this time, but somehow I don't think so, it likes me.
"Start Me Up" for that one was late Sept./early Oct. I recall, saw a spam for the newxCo.Slueth on our old board on xaolx, checked it out, bought some.
Everytime news/ads cameout for xCoSluethx & the site worked well, it rose. Checked TheSlueth in a.m., if the site was down sure enough IN-- would be on the downtick before 10 and at the first 1/32 I was outta there. Coupla weeks later, more news, more additions to site, working well, starts going up again, I jump back on, do it again.
I about tripled the basis by the time I bailed for the last time in late '98, even a bit after the delisting fear as I recall it made another little jump but not as big as the other two. But I've been in plenty pennies that I either realized the pop was over and got out with a 10% profit before it caved in, or another disaster for me was xMlrex that I bought high, held when I could have gotten my money out at one big pop because I thought it would go higher and it was good for a long, then the floor was yanked away and I went into freefall with it before I could say "I thought you said xMillionairex and I bought it on my birthday and New Years Eve for luck!" (swear to god, duh...). Sometimes with a penny the Co. and fundamentals and product looks good, and the thing trades funny and goes down even with continued new news items and many more pluses than minuses on the tick. When I buy an otc or nas microcap I get out quick if I see this pattern developing as it sometimes does. Folks screaming about MMs on the boards, foreign posters doing stuff to it overseas overnite, shorts mocking the longs on the threads, usually goes along with this pattern and if there's a loss or whatever I just harvest it all and run when it gets like that, no matter how good it still looks.
If it's
been a really terrible experience I might put that capital
into something like ABT or LU or ATT; to clear it's run of bad luck and give the poor thing some $ecurity to calm it down. xTLtgx is a recent example of this kind of a loss, yeah I bought it high thinking it'd go higher and it never did and should have. Couldn't stand the contrary movement of it. On top of that foreign investors/tinkers from the Emerald Isle from the looks of 'em, were onto it and especially with otcs that is not good.
Susan that's nice you learned so much good stuff from videos, you got lucky so many of those videos and brokerage classes are worse than a ripoff. You got lucky. There's alot I don't know about especially those T/A charts; but I can look at a chart and do those integrated comparisons and calculate the split adjustments to see cycles and pull up the intradays and Beta on the Premium Investor - and so far that's been enough for me to know in that area without mixing numbers into it. I'm not that good with numbers.
There was a duck on the lawn this morning, been watching IN-- & noticing it picking up again lately, thought of it at the moment I saw the duck, looked at again and decided "time has come today". I spread myself thin and don't put much money in any smalls so I got a bunch of tickers I'm into; I move the $ from one to the other as one starts to pop and another one sags - keeping some shares to watch it active - increasing it again when its on the rise - is how I manage my otcs. So far so good, on the whole. Always knowing "Ya Can't Win 'Em All" and ain't it the truth?! Sorry you had trouble following me, I explain things the only way I can, sometimes mixing it up with kidding around and stuff but it's the state of my mind on paper and sometimes I don't understand it either. Thanks for putting up with me.

Joanie
