What is my take on the CNHH news release? Well, I am trying to look at it from every conceivable angle.

First, let's take a look at the release itself. I will agree that the term "agreement to acquire" would have been a wiser choice of words, because that is basically what we are dealing with at this point. But do I think this is an intentional attempt to mislead anyone? I doubt it. After all, if people make investment decisions by skimming the headlines and not bothering to read the release for content, there in itself lies a problem. Could you imagine if people did that in real newspapers? It reminds me of a story that my physical therapist told me:

"The Preachers Donkey"

A preacher wanted to raise money for his church, and having been
told that there was a fortune to be made in horse racing, he
decided to purchase a horse and enter it in the races. At the
local auction, however, the going price for a horse was so steep
that he ended up buying a donkey instead.

The preacher decided that he might as well go ahead and enter it
in the races, and to his surprise the donkey came in third. The
next day the racing sheets carried the following headline:
PREACHER'S ASS SHOWS

The preacher was so pleased with the donkey that he entered it in
another race, and this time it won. The headlines blared:
PREACHER'S ASS OUT IN FRONT

The bishop was so upset with this kind of publicity that he
ordered the preacher not to enter the donkey in any more races.
The newspaper printed this headline: BISHOP SCRATCHES PREACHER'S
ASS.

This was just too much for the bishop, and he ordered the
preacher to get rid of the animal. The preacher decided to give
it to a nun in a neighboring village. The next day the headlines
announced: NUN HAS BEST ASS IN TOWN

The bishop fainted. As soon as he was able, he informed the nun
that she would have to dispose of the donkey, and she finally
found a farmer willing to buy it for ten dollars. The paper
announced the transaction as: NUN PEDDLES ASS FOR TEN BUCKS

They buried the bishop the next day.

Are people wise to be skeptical? Of course they are! A lot of people, myself included, got severely burned by chasing the dream of this octane enhancer before. Should people believe everything they see on SI, or on ANY other internet site concerning ANY of these companies? Of course not, we all already know that.

But, this is what I do know....this product is real. I believe the problem when Midland had this product is that it was never really Midland's to do anything with. I believe that Midland management allowed the patents to default. I had at one time wondered if Fisher/Spriggs, et.al ever had them in the first place, however, after reading the default judgement I feel that there was indeed a breach of contract of some sort between Fisher and Ewart. I am inclined to believe that this was a default on the patents. Now whether or not CNHH has them at this time is anyone's guess. It would appear that from the content of the news release that they do not yet have them, as they acknowledge that the deal has not yet been consumated, and they do not expect to finalize their deal until they can be assured that everything is clear.

Was it premature for them to make this release? Logically, one would say that yes, it is. However, as we all know, the rules and regs imposed by the government do not always make logical sense. I believe they had no choice but to announce it. All of these companies announce their intentions, but the road to hell is paved with good intentions. The real meat and potatoes come when the deal is done.

I do own this stock, and have for quite some time. This news release in of itself is not enough to make me run out and buy more yet, but it sure makes holding what I have (and had planned on holding anyway) a lot more interesting. Im going to wait and see what happens, and question everything I see.

One thing I do believe, however, is that this product is for real. I have seen enough evidence for myself to convince me of that. And, it does make me feel somewhat better that this product is being placed in the hands of oil men as opposed to coffee people.

I think it is comical that you and Bender and Dusty show up here all at the same time. I think after everything that has happened with this product, people are certainly entitled to have a negative opinion, and to express their concerns on this thread. Also, I think Gary has an obligation as a representative of this company to address those concerns in a professional and courteous manner, as hard as that may be with some. I certainly have no intention of doing any kind of battle with anyone here, mainly because I really don't care enough about it to do so and can find a better use for my time. I would guess that Gary is welcoming the job security that addressing the nays will provide him.

So, you asked for my opinion of the news release, and there it is.

Best of Luck to you,
Anna
