No spacecraft problem, nor a rocket problem. Air Force radar that is needed for following the rocket went down and could not be brought up again before the window closed. There were 3 attempts to count down from 4 minutes tonight. Two were stopped due to false alarms with sensors, along with a LOX valve that didn't close, and the third was the radar problem. Try again another day!
