Hi E!

Pull yourself away from our former problem child (LSI) and back to reality with our new problem child (VERA) for a moment.

I don't think we can blame all the recent selling in this stock on your favorite water torture artist Monty. Looking at his past sales, he only likes to sell when this stock approaches it's upside resistance (currently 8 to 8.5)

I think the real reason for the selling in the last two months is software stocks have been out of favor (with the notable exception of MSFT). I made a killing on ORCL as it went from the low teens to 40.

Now it's back to 23 and change and I don't see any support till it gets to 19. If ORCL gets below 20 I will hop back in for another ride.

For the time being I am going to wait until VERA turns up again before I add some for a run back to 7 or so and then unload it all. It is currently still in a downtrend. MACD looks like it may be turning up, but we've seen that before only to get trashed. With earnings coming up at the end of the month I think we may get some upside action soon.

What do you think?

Regards,

Jim
