Copeland: I was interested in your comment about tax day coming up with the implication that it is a bad thing for the market. I happen to own a retail store and April 15th is the magic day for us. Every year like clockwork, sales pick up on April 15th. My theory is that people have finished their taxes, know where they stand (maybe getting a refund), and are no longer afraid to spend money. Your opinion??? Walter High
