Actually, Milosovic was ready to agree to the Ramboullet (sp) plan IF a non-Nato force had been used (perhaps a Warsaw Pact force). Albright was the one who demanded Nato or bust. Clearly she knew this was impossible. She didn't WANT peace; she wanted a chance to show what a tough lady she is, that she can bomb every bid as ferociously as Bush could.

Clinton and Albright. What a sad pair to lead the greatest country on earth to such a sorry chapter in our history.
